Interviewed clients to determine needs/desires. Developed precise cabinet specifications and scope of work for each job. Provided job estimates and cost options. Developed cabinet layout and design. Provided computer generated floor pans, elevations, and 3D renderings for client approval. Personally hand selected all lumber/materials used. Cabinets built to exacting tolerances using state of the art machinery and systems. Coordinated cabinet installation with other trades to insure smooth scheduling. All cabinets custom fit to field conditions during installation.

Scheduled and met with City/County Building Department Inspectors. Coordinated finish selections with partners/investors.

Apprentice. 9 years (1978 to 1987)
Apprenticed with several contractors. Learned to build homes through hands on experience from the ground up. Exposed to all trades, processes, and building sequences. Developed working knowledge and skill in rough and finish carpentry, concrete work, garage doors, roofing, plumbing, cabinetmaking, and cabinet installation.
