		Maintain, update, and report on project schedule and progress.
		Lead weekly jobsite meetings with Owner, Architect, and Subscontractors
		Plan daily sequencing of all trades and services.
		Provide daily jobsite supervision.
		Provide on going quality assurance and quality control.
		Provide on going adherence to building codes and standards.
		Facilitate conflict resolution.
		Schedule and oversee required Inspections.
		Maintain, update, and report on project budget and expenditures.

		Conduct a final walk through inspection with owner, coordinate and resolve all closeout items with tradesmen/subcontractors.
		Provide owner with as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
		Provide owner with a disc containing all project documents and history, including progress photos.
